Step 1. Locate the issue

Step 2. Force the Camera app to close

Step 4. Restart your iPhone

To elimanate these problems, try the steps:

  1. If your iPhone is in a case or bumper, remove it.
  2. Ensure the flash lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a polishing cloth to clean it.
