Open Winamp.  Click “Library” and choose “Manage Playlists”. Click the “Save” button and put your playlist into a folder.

Download Freemake Music Box. Open Freemake Music Box. Click “My Playlists” tab.

A drop-down window will open. Choose the “Import” option next to the “Create a playlist” button.

Add your Winamp playlist from the folder where you saved it to and finish Winamp playlist import to Freemake Music Box.
