Freemake Packs Refund Policy

First of all, please contact support.freemake.com with any questions or issues related to Freemake Packs.

If you need a refund for a Pack, please read our refund policy.

We want you to be satisfied with our products. You have 14 days after key activation to check the software malfunctions. We accept refund requests only within 14 days after key activation. If you encounter a constant problem, please contact support.freemake.com within this timeframe.

FREEMAKE VIDEO CONVERTER PACKS REFUND POLICY

We provide refund of your payment in the following cases:

1. If you stably encounter an error within 14 days after key activation which is preventing you from using Freemake Video Converter Packs properly, and if we are not able to correct the error within an acceptable period of time or are unable to suggest a temporary solution.

Please note that you shall provide detailed information about an error such as screenshots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file samples, etc.

2. If you accidentally paid for the same Freemake Video Converter Pack more than once during 1 year.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

1. When a user requests a refund later than 14 days after key activation, except duplicate payments.

2. When a user demands a refund immediately after buying Freemake Video Converter Pack.

3. When a user asks for a refund without describing any particular technical error, which prevents from using a Freemake Video Converter Pack properly or when a user refuses to provide additional information or files related to his/her issue.

4. When a user refuses to follow Freemake support troubleshooting advice.

5. When a user requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list of Gold Pack, Subtitles Pack, Remove Branding Pack, Speed Pack for Freemake Video Converter.

6. When user's email address is not available due to a tech reason, doesn't exist, doesn't accept emails from an unknown sender, or contains a misprint.
Please note that the key is automatically sent to the email used during payment procedure.

7. When a user asks to make a refund for previously bought Packs after he/she sees a special discounted offer.

8. When a user asks to refund the difference between a usual price Pack and a special offer.

In such cases, if you disagree with our grounds for refund refusal, you can apply to your bank and initiate a chargeback.

Please note that in any case of refund or chargeback we reserve the right to disable your Freemake Video Converter Pack activation key.

FREEMAKE VIDEO DOWNLOADER PACKS REFUND POLICY

We provide refund of your payment in the following cases:

2. If you accidentally paid for the same Freemake Audio Converter Pack more than once during 1 year.

Freemake Subscription Refund Policy

We provide a refund of your subscription in the following cases:

1. If you stably encounter an error within 14 days after key activation which is preventing you from using Freemake Packs properly, and if we are not able to correct the error within an acceptable period of time or are unable to suggest a temporary solution.

Please note that you shall provide detailed information about an error such as screenshots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file samples, etc.

2. If you accidentally subscribed for the same Freemake Pack more than once during one year.

5. When a user refuses to follow Freemake support troubleshooting advice.

9. When a user didn't cancel the subscription in time.
If you want to cancel a subscription you have with us, please visit this guide. You should cancel the subscription at least one day before the next billing period.
Please note that we are not able to cancel PayPal subscription for you. You should do it in your PayPal account.
When you cancel a subscription with Freemake, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods. After the end of the billing period, the Freemake Pack key/keys will be automatically blocked.

In such cases, if you disagree with our grounds for refund refusal, you can apply to your bank and initiate a chargeback.

Please note that in any case of refund or chargeback we reserve the right to disable your Freemake Pack activation key.
