Freemake Video Downloader 2.1 gets automated

March 3, 2011

The new Video Downloader form Freemake brings greater simplicity and lets users download videos in a single click. The software lets establish batch settings for video quality, action (download/convert/extract), and destination of downloadable videos. Once enabled, the automated mode will be applicable to all downloads and will save users a lot of time. E.g., you can convert all videos from YouTube to MP3, burn YouTube to DVD, etc.

Upon requests, we have also integrated the parental control into the program: now adult sites can be locked with a password.

Due to the new architecture (each process is calculated in a separate thread), the program responsiveness is much accelerated.
